ExPa consists of a multicultural, interdisciplinary team of almost 20 people. We all enjoy working with fresh food. We get confirmation again and again: We have a warm atmosphere and a collegial cooperation.

Our team includes people from a wide range of professions, for example:

At ExPa, there are many opportunities for professional development; on top of that, attractive remuneration arrangements and flexible working hours. In addition to German, many employees also speak Greek and English. However, it is not a must for a successful start at ExPa.

Depending on your professional focus, regular business trips to visit suppliers in European and non-European countries are part of your job. We then work where others go on holiday.

We know and live: A good work-life balance results in a high quality of life and contributes to everyone’s satisfaction. But there is more why we like coming to work: a good infrastructure in the greater Munich area as well as our convenient and diverse provision of fresh fruit and vegetables day in and day out. Apart from our fixed quota of seats at the Oktoberfest, we like to celebrate team events regularly throughout the year, often at our favourite Greek restaurant Mythos in Unterhaching.
