We define the quality of our products not only in terms of excellent sensory qualities, but also increasingly in terms of food safety, sustainable production methods and efficient logistical processes. Through contract production and cross-border projects, we ensure a wide range of products and are able to meet a variety of customer requirements.

Services and logistics

Freshness First. We base all our logistics concepts on this. Our goal: To deliver the goods from Greece to our customers within two to three days.

State-of-the-art storage, processing and packaging facilities at the origin are a prerequisite for implementing quality requirements and customer wishes.

Fine distribution and just-in-time deliveries to the destinations of the organised food retail trade by six modern 24/7 logistics platforms in Germany and Austria.

Production

Through contract production, seasonal planning and cultivation advice, we keep our finger on the pulse of production. This allows us to offer a wide and trendy range of products in many different types of packaging, including our customers’ own brands. Corresponding certifications prove our resource-saving production methods.

Quality management

Our monitoring extends from healthy soil to freshness in the supermarket shelf.

Start at origin in production, storage and preparation of the fruit with mandatory certifications GlobalG.A.P, IFS or BRC.
Supplier audits by ExPa experts with a focus on the implementation of hygiene regulations of the applicable standard, as well as the training level of the staff
preventive measures with regard to product protection and food fraud
healthy planting material, correct choice of location and creation of the best growing conditions
optimal harvesting timing, quality-preserving standards such as hydrocooling as well as state-of-the-art storage, processing and transport technology
